Verification is required before a payout destination can receive withdrawals. The fields depend on the business wallet and payout country: Nigerian NGN businesses use Selstack’s bank-and-BVN form, while other supported countries continue through the regulated payout partner’s secure setup.
Steps for Submit your payout account for verification
- Step 1: Open Settings → Payments and locate Payout accounts.
- Step 2: For a Nigerian NGN business, enter the legal first and last name, choose the bank, enter the 10-digit account number and confirm the resolved account name.
- Step 3: For that Nigerian flow only, enter the account owner’s 11-digit BVN—not a NIN—inside the secure field. Selstack sends it for verification and does not store it.
- Step 4: For another supported country, choose Set up payouts and complete the regulated partner’s country-specific verification instead of looking for a BVN field.

Nigerian submissions are locked while pending; most finish within five minutes, but additional checks can take up to 24 hours. Other countries follow the timing shown by the payout partner.
Important: Never email or message a BVN, password, full bank details, identity document or one-time code.
