A customer payment and a payout to your bank are connected, but they are not the same event. Always verify the status in the relevant Selstack area.
Payment activity
Open Payments to review the customer transaction. A successful or completed state indicates that the payment record can proceed through your normal fulfilment checks. Pending means the result is not final. Failed or cancelled means you should not fulfil as a successful payment.
Wallet and payout activity
Open Wallet to see balance information and payout actions available to your account. Some funds may be shown separately while they are not yet available for withdrawal. The exact state displayed in your workspace is the source to follow.
Check payout setup
- Open Settings → Payments.
- Review the payment collection panel.
- Check the payout verification or payout-details panel.
- Complete required identity and bank steps only inside the trusted Selstack flow.
When a status looks wrong
Record the payment reference, amount and time shown in your workspace. Avoid creating repeated transactions. Contact official support with non-sensitive reference information; never send a password, one-time code or full payment credential.
Important: do not promise a customer or supplier a payout time that is not supported by the current workspace status.
