View and manage customer orders

Use Payments as the verified record for customer payment activity and fulfilment checks.

Last updated 2 August 2026

Selstack records customer payment activity in the Payments area. Use this view to verify what happened before you fulfil a paid offer.

Selstack Payments screen with summary cards, search and payment activity table.
Payments gives you summary information and a searchable activity view.

Review payment activity

  1. Open Payments from the sidebar.
  2. Use the date controls or search to narrow the list.
  3. Open the relevant payment.
  4. Confirm the status, amount, customer and offer.
  5. Use the recorded details to begin fulfilment only when the status supports it.

Do not fulfil from a screenshot

A message or bank screenshot is not the workspace record. If a customer says they paid but you cannot find a successful entry, check the email, amount and time, then ask them to wait while the payment status is investigated.

Use a fulfilment checklist

  • Payment verified in Selstack.
  • Customer details are complete.
  • Product variation or service scope is confirmed.
  • Expected delivery or appointment information is sent.
  • Any refund or exception is recorded.

If a payment is pending or failed

Do not repeatedly charge the customer or create replacement links without checking the current record. Ask the customer to follow the message shown by their payment method, and use official support if the status remains unclear.

Operational habit: review new, pending and failed activity at a regular time each day so exceptions do not get lost in messages.
