Create your first product or service

Create a focused Selstack Stack for a product, service, appointment, payment or lead journey.

Last updated 23 August 2026

Products and services are presented as focused links on your Stack. Each link should lead the customer towards one clear action.

Create the Stack

  1. From the sidebar, open Stack.
  2. Select Create Stack.
  3. Choose Digital product, Physical product, Service or Appointment, or use Show all options for Payment link, Send Love, Lead form, Simple link, Ticketed event and Course.
  4. Enter a specific title and a short description of what happens next.
  5. For supported product, service and appointment types, choose Free or Fixed amount. Customer decides requires Pro.
  6. Select the fulfilment that actually follows: digital file, physical item, service, appointment or nothing to deliver.
  7. Add only the customer details you need, review the live preview, then save a draft or publish.

Write a useful title

Name the result or item, not an internal package code. “60-minute portfolio review” is clearer than “Session A.” Mention an important variation in the title when customers must choose between separate links.

Check the customer view

Preview the link on a phone-sized screen. Confirm the amount, image, form questions and next-step language. If the link collects payment, verify it only with an approved test process—never make an unintended live charge.

Before publishing: confirm availability, fulfilment timing, cancellation information and the contact route for questions.
