Selstack currently fits uploaded media into responsive previews; it does not provide a manual crop or per-image alternative-text field in the Stack editor. Prepare the crop before upload, then use the preview and full-image viewer to check the result.
Steps for Add and crop product images
- Step 1: Open the offer editor and locate the image upload control.
- Step 2: Prepare a clear JPG, PNG or WebP that shows the real product or an accurate digital preview. Crop it in your image editor first if the important subject is too close to an edge.
- Step 3: Upload up to ten supported images or videos and put the strongest, clearest asset first.
- Step 4: Preview on mobile and desktop. Open View full image, then use the previous and next controls when the offer has more than one image.

Check sharpness, ownership, prepared crop, gallery order and mobile loading.
Important: Do not embed essential terms only inside an image or upload artwork you do not have permission to use. If a crop is wrong, replace the source image; there is no manual crop control in Selstack today.

Take note of the business name, page, time and any non-sensitive reference or safe error message. Contact Selstack support without sending passwords, one-time codes, BVN, full bank details or card information.
