Update your business settings

Update the identity, image, display name and public username used by your Stack.

Last updated 2 August 2026

Stack profile settings control how your creator or business identity appears on the public page.

Selstack Stack profile settings with identity type, image upload, display name and username fields.
Stack profile contains the customer-facing identity settings for the workspace.

Open Stack profile

  1. Open Settings from the workspace navigation.
  2. Select the Stack profile tab.
  3. Choose Creator Account or Business.
  4. Upload a profile photo or business logo if needed.
  5. Review the display name and username.
  6. Update the remaining public description or profile fields.
  7. Save, then select View Stack to verify the result.

Choose the right identity type

Use Creator Account for a person-led public identity such as a freelancer, consultant or creator. Use Business for a company, brand, agency or professional team. The wording in the interface explains the intended presentation.

Use a stable username

The username forms part of the public Stack address. Choose a recognisable value and avoid changing it casually. If a change is necessary, update social bios, email signatures, QR codes and saved replies.

Check the saved result

Open the public Stack in another tab and confirm the name, image, introduction and visible offers. A saved form is not the final check—the customer-facing page is.

Image tip: use a clear square logo or portrait with enough contrast to remain recognisable at a small size.
