Steps for Secure your Selstack account and team access
- Step 1: Use a unique password stored in a trusted password manager and protect the account email.
- Step 2: Use the strongest sign-in controls shown for the account. Selstack does not currently show a merchant two-factor setup control in the Account tab, so protect the sign-in email and never claim an unavailable control is enabled.
- Step 3: On Pro, invite team members through supported roles rather than sharing one login.
- Step 4: Remove access promptly when a person leaves and review security or audit activity after unusual changes.

Selstack support will not need your password or one-time authentication code.
Important: Do not approve payout, refund or account changes from an unexpected message without verifying the request through an official route.

Take note of the business name, page, time and any non-sensitive reference or safe error message. Contact Selstack support without sending passwords, one-time codes, BVN, full bank details or card information.
