This task changes what a customer sees or can buy on a public Selstack journey. This guide focuses on how to prepare and upload genuine media, order the gallery and inspect every image in the responsive and full-screen views.
Prepare the source image first
The current Stack editor accepts up to ten images or videos but does not provide manual cropping or a per-image alternative-text field. Crop and export the source file before upload when composition matters.
Upload and order the gallery
Use Add images or videos, wait for each asset to appear and place the clearest asset first. Use only owned or licensed media that accurately represents the offer.
Check responsive presentation
Review the editor preview and the signed-out public link on mobile and desktop. Use View full image and the previous or next controls to inspect every image at full size.
Replace a poor crop
If the responsive frame hides essential detail, edit the source image to add safe space or use a different aspect ratio, then replace it. Do not look for a crop control that does not exist.
Troubleshoot loading or flicker
Confirm the file type and size, refresh once and try the public gallery again. If one asset consistently fails while others work, replace that source file and report the safe offer reference if the problem remains.
Example: Upload and Check Product Images
For a book, upload a clean cover, contents spread and back cover; View full image should let a visitor move through all three.
If Upload and Check Product Images is not working
If text is cut off, prepare a source image with more edge spacing and replace it because Selstack has no manual crop control.
Confirm the result
- Title, media, price, currency, fields and fulfilment details describe the same offer.
- The selected access and delivery options match what happens next.
- The signed-out mobile page shows the complete action without clipping.
- Only a ready, available offer is public.
When to ask Selstack for help
Contact official Selstack support when the saved result, status or resolved identity still conflicts with the intended record after one refresh. Include the business, page, time, safe reference and visible message. Do not include passwords, OTPs, recovery codes, full card details, BVN, NIN or unmasked bank documents.
