Verify paid status, item, quantity, customer details and any selected variation inside Selstack. Flag unclear entries instead of guessing.
Prepare and quality-check
Use a repeatable pick, make or package step. Confirm files open, physical products match the order and instructions are included.
Send the correct delivery update
Provide the promised download, appointment, collection or tracking information through the agreed channel. Never expose one customer’s details to another.
Close and reconcile
Selstack does not currently provide a general merchant “Mark fulfilled” action. Keep any fulfilment result or dispatch evidence in your operating record, keyed to the Selstack order reference, then review refunds or recurring support issues.
