Course enrolments are customer records with access and learning history. Work from the correct course and learner rather than sharing another person’s portal link.
Complete Manage Course Students and Certificates
- 1. Open the course and choose Students. Search by the learner name or email and confirm the course before changing access.
- 2. Review access status, enrolment date, last activity and progress. Use the at-risk signal as a prompt for context, not as proof that the learner has failed.
- 3. Resend the welcome message when the learner cannot find the protected portal route. Do not paste another learner’s token into a message.
- 4. Pause or restore access only when the purchase, refund or support decision authorises it.
- 5. Export the student list only for a defined operational need and store it with appropriate access controls.
- 6. After all required work is complete, open the learner certificate and test its public verification code.
Confirm the result
The learner’s status and progress match the course record, the welcome route opens the correct portal and a completed certificate verifies without exposing private lesson or payment information.
If something is wrong
If progress looks wrong, open lesson completion and assessment records before editing access. If a certificate is unavailable, check course completion requirements and approval states. A refund or expired access should be resolved from its original order and enrolment.
Keep it safe: Use the signed-in Selstack record and a non-sensitive reference when asking for help. Never send a password, one-time code, full card number, BVN or unmasked bank document.
