Course limits apply to published courses in the active workspace. Draft preparation and learner history should not be deleted merely to guess whether another course can go live.
Complete Understand Free, Pro and Growth Course Limits
- 1. Open Courses and review the plan and publishing message shown for the current workspace.
- 2. On Free, one course can be published. Use it for the course that is currently ready for learners.
- 3. On Pro, up to five courses can be published. Other Pro course tools and general workspace limits still follow the plan screen.
- 4. On Growth, published courses are unlimited. Fair-use, storage and other product safeguards still apply where displayed.
- 5. When the limit is reached, keep unfinished work as a draft or unpublish a course that should no longer accept new learners.
- 6. Recheck the Courses list after a subscription or workspace change; limits resolve for the active business, not simply the signed-in person.
Confirm the result
The Courses list and publishing controls agree with one published course on Free, five on Pro and unlimited on Growth. Existing learner records remain attached when a course is unpublished.
If something is wrong
If the limit looks wrong, confirm the active workspace and effective subscription before creating duplicates. If a recent plan change has not resolved, refresh the billing state once and contact support with the business name and safe subscription reference.
Keep it safe: Use the signed-in Selstack record and a non-sensitive reference when asking for help. Never send a password, one-time code, full card number, BVN or unmasked bank document.
