Your Stack profile controls the public identity shown above your offers. Complete it before sharing links so customers can recognise who they are dealing with.
Steps for Complete your Selstack profile
- Step 1: Open Settings and select the Stack profile tab.
- Step 2: Choose Creator Account or Business based on how the public page should be presented.
- Step 3: Upload a profile photo or logo, then enter a display name, unique username, location and concise description.
- Step 4: Preview the public Stack and save your changes. Refresh the public page to confirm the current values appear.

Check spelling, username, image crop and public contact information on mobile.
Important: If an edit saves but does not appear, refresh the public URL and confirm you edited the active workspace.

Take note of the business name, page, time and any non-sensitive reference or safe error message. Contact Selstack support without sending passwords, one-time codes, BVN, full bank details or card information.
